I thought this was a great, understated park within the city of Ft. Wayne. It is clearly a terrific neighborhood resource and well utilized by the locals. I needed a place to take my granddaughter while my wife and daughter shopped for a bit at Jefferson Pointe. This filled that requirement perfectly.
The accessibility by car and the parking area were more than adequate. The playground though not elaborate, was nice enough for our needs. The picnic pavilion provided a nice spot to sit in the shade and offered restrooms that were in decent shape at the end of the building. It’s become a special place for our family, and we’re so thankful to have had such memorable...

I wish the parks department would evaluate and prioritize the playgrounds.... parks are a major influencing factor for families deciding...
