We had a great experience with Ace! We knew we were looking for an outdoor play set and went to multiple shops around town to look and ask questions. They were upfront with costs as we left with a price sheet and catalog. After shopping around, we felt the Rainbow play set was the best and we felt the customer service received at Ace was the best. We came back the following week with some more questions, but ready to place the order. The sales person answered all our questions, and we were shocked to find out how fast we would receive it. There was a short delay of one week, which we were warned could happen so no biggie, and I think very short compared to all the delays going on with everything right now. The installers were awesome, they had the whole thing built in just maybe 2 hours? It would’ve easily taken my husband and I a whole day to do ourselves, if not an entire weekend. I recently purchased a Goalrilla Basketball system from Ace Game Room. I also paid to have them do the installation which involved digging a 4 foot hole and pouring cement for the anchor on one day. A few days later they came and installed the basketball pole and hoop. The basketball pole/hoop system is sturdy and well built. The hole was dug as promised. It was great that they even removed the dirt. However, their customer service is a bit lacking. They came to set up the pole and hoop a day later than promised (which they claimed was a miscommunication error). As a result, I could not be around for the installation. When I came home, I found a couple empty plastic bags from the packing material in my lawn. Also, I had requested that the manual, warranty info and paperwork be left for me. When I called to ask for them, they had to dig it out of their trash. I had to go and pick up the paperwork from their store the next day. Better customer service would have been to bring the paperwork to my house rather than to have me stop at...

I inherited a 100+ year old pool table from mom and dad - lucky enough to be the child with room for it. Anyway, I did my due dilligence and called around about having it refelted and new rubber installed. I emailed Ace and received a reply from Austin within 24 hours. He offered a simple, no hidden cost estimate. We exchanged emails ironing out the details and I ran the table rails out to their showroom. The showroom was filled with beautiful tables and accessories and I was able to see the felt cover that we picked out on one of the tables. The owner Bret, greeted us at the door and offered options for redoing the table with no pressure or obligation. Within a week installers were at our home exactly on time putting it all together in less than the time Austin had estimated. To top things off, Ace offered to do a little extra "tweaking" at no cost. Did I mention that all of this was done at or below the estimates from other companies.
