Plenty of great selections and displays across the show room.
The struggle started when my sales rep Rocky took me to sign the contract. She summarized portions of the 1-page contract that, upon review, compared in almost no way to what she was tell me. Sign here where it tells you about 72 hour return policy. No that section was about a mandatory 10% restocking fee. Puts the things she is saying in writing on the contract, I sign, then when I ask for the merchant and customer copy to reflect the same thing - or to make a copy of the merchant contract for me - she instead scratched out the writing to say that now they match. Well, hold on a moment, because I signed when those items were written down because they were specially defined. Fortunately I had a picture side-by-side to show her manager who did not seem special in any particular way. He suggested she perform a special note on the computer which she could not figure out how to print and claimed it was saved on the file. She also re-wrote the language on the back of both contracts. I wouldn’t be surprised if she grabbed a new merchant copy after I left to fill out the information and forge my signature meanwhile the file is likely never recorded with the note.
Overall, I liked the layout of the facility. I do not exactly trust that Rocky had been there 4.5 years as she said at the end of the experience which I have troubling believing due to the general impression of incompetence and informal behavior.
As this review is hopefully read by the company, if Rocky had not been there within +/- months of what she told me, I would bet she is a con artist and is a liability for the company. Otherwise, after four years she could have better understood a 1pg document and sales process.
She told me she would follow up every few weeks to update me on the tracking of the order. I do not trust that either. For my $1400 purchase, I feel like I could have provided financial commission to a better deserving representative.
Again, good displays and selections. Just felt like a used car lot experience for the sale that I was able to catch and correct the issues at hand. Not my job as...
Read moreUpdate 4/10/19: See below for a picture of the dining room table they delivered today. This is the third attempt to get it right!
On top of everything, I lost a full day's work because the only delivery options available were weekdays and you have to wait until the night before to find out what time they'll show up. Such a waste of money!
Shop there at your own pocketbook's peril...

If I had the option to rate a ZERO, that would be more accurate.
Purchased family room, dining room and living room furniture on Sept. 8, 2018. I was told to expect 10-12 weeks for delivery. 14 weeks later, all but four of the items delivered had issues or were damaged/flawed.
They loaned me the floor model dining table because mine was on back-order, but they neglected to tell me that until two weeks before Christmas.
They charged me nearly $500 for their "white glove" delivery (and I was told I got a discount!), yet all the furniture was dusty and there were visible dirt spots on the corners of the couches and one of the dining room chairs.
Today, March, 9, 2019, (yes, six months later) they attempted to deliver my dining room table and sideboard. Both had noticeable white streaks in the wood finish and the sideboard had two minor dents in front. The first sideboard they delivered had a huge dent on top.
This has certainly been a memorable experience, but for all the wrong reasons:
Their customer service is atrocious; They waste your time and you waste your money; They don't know the value of honest communication; They don't make good on their promises; You pay a high end price for a low end result.
I waited to post this review because I wanted to give The Showroom the benefit of the doubt. I recognize that they are fairly new and they're experiencing growing pains. But, six months is too long to wait and they still didn't get it right. I'm thoroughly disappointed and haven't even shared half of the reasons why I would not...
Read moreDONT SHOP HERE! Was very excited for my new couch to come! Gia was amazing, she knew exactly what I wanted from two sentences. Spending money can be stressful but I'm comfortable with my choice and it was as easy as possible. I've had the couch a month now, it's comfortable like I remember it being at the store. Only half of the pillows were wrong and I called the day it arrived in my house and now close to a month later, still waiting. I've called for updates and it's that distributor or whatever is pretty good, shouldn't be much longer. The back was pooched and billowy, they sent someone to tighten it. For what I paid and how long it initially took I just can't believe these problems. I personally checked the numbers corresponding to correct fabric with Gia. She was thorough. Such a nightmare. Still the pillows are wrong, over 2 months since initially calling about the mix up. Why did I have to pay full price for a jacked up custom couch with incorrect pillows!? Yesterday, almost exactly 5 months after initially ordering, I had to go pick up the pillows even though I paid for delivery. They aren't even correct. I chose a super fuzzy pillow that happened to be white. I chose it because of how it felt, not bc it was white. They sent me home with some random white scratchy fabric pillows. If they were out of what I ordered WHY WOULDN'T THEY JUST CALL TO SEE IF I WANTED TO COME IN AND CHOOSE ANOTHER FABRIC. Then I wouldn't be nearly as upset as them just choosing what they think I want. They were wrong.
Now, less than one year later having it, the attachments that hold the sections of the couch together have completely broken, from totally normal use, I don't even have kids. So now I have 3 completely separate pieces, floating near each other.
Also, still never heard back from them after I contacted via ZenDesk 8 months ago,...
