We have given them two chances now and the same has happened both times. We placed an order online for the parts we needed for our displays. The website states it will be ready in 24 hours. The first time we got the confirmation for pick up 3 days after the order was placed. The second we got confirmation the next day. Both times we went to pick up the items and were told the order was not ready. The system should not have sent a confirmation yet. It is a new program and there are still some bugs......etc. The two orders were more than a year apart. So the second order took two more days to get and we called first before we showed up and had to request a refund to get the order pulled. For the first order, we had to wait an hour and 45 minutes for it to be done, even though we had a confirmation it was ready. The only reason I went back a second time was because my partner felt buying what we needed from a local business would be faster. Wrong!!! On March 26th I went to the store to get some items and found a sign on the door that the showroom was closed due to the virus.
The sign read that I could order on line or call my order's in and that it would be shipped to me.
I sat in my car to dial the number and Jack a Tebo employee came out to my car and asked what I needed. I told him just 50 sheets of plastic tab hangers. It was only a $75.00 Dollar sell. He told me to hold tight for a minute. Out he comes with the 50 sheet's.
Jack went over and beyond customer service that day. He made the added effort to see if he could help me.
