Paykoc Imports - Wholesale and Retail Cash and Carry — Local services in Commerce City

I bought a rather pricey pipe from them Online as a gift and paid for two day Express shipping at the beginning of the week (on a Monday) right when the store had opened for business. Wednesday I emailed them asking how I would know if the package was shipped and if I could I get the tracking number which is a standard when you pay for two day shipping, they responded we ship everyday so it will be shipped out TODAY..... Why would it take you two whole days to process the order and ship it, in my opinion it should of been shipped that Monday. It is now Friday and I still have not received a tracking number or any type of notice of wether or not the pipe I purchased is on it’s way. If and when I get the product I will update this review but as of right now customer service is terrible here.

I had purchased a Meerschaum pirate pipe. The pipe arrived perfect and on time. As will occasionally happen on my approximately 7th time using it. The pipe cracked. I contacted Paykoc Imports. Gave them all the information and sent it back to them. I asked for as close as possible to what I had. I was pleasantly surprised by a text message from Zira from Paykoc. Zira sent several pictures of similar pipes. I found one a bit higher priced, but staying close to what I wanted. In no time everything was taken care of. I'm not only impressed but I was treated as though they really cared about their customers satisfaction. I believe Zira want above and beyond expectations. So, I was in Denver visiting and hailed a cab to the store. More like a warehouse with a storefront. Not what I expected, but not turned off either. Josh, the employee that helped me, was excellent. He steered me in the right direction and we found the perfect pipe I was looking for. A nice meerschaum lion. Paykoc may have the largest inventory of meerschaum in the continental US. Josh also recommended an excellent place to eat, which we tried and were not disappointed. Another employee gave us information for a ride back using LYFT. Saved us a few dollars.
