Got there 6am , it's free and pretty easy and relaxing. It's not a strenuous hike but would suggest you stretch, I had walked and exercised a bit to helpe loosen up prior to coming . Even though it's fairly easy or it seemed if you're out of shape may be one difficult to balance your footing in some areas. I. Walk pretty fast but was taking picture along the way not so much in a rush. It does seem more than 1.4 mile they say it is. There's sections where it could be slippery due to sand on rocks and obvious uneven terrain.
The views are spectacular, was able to observe an eagle, some deer and fawn, a rabbit. I was trying to get some picture of the sunrise but since I'm not familiar I was not in good area for sunrise photos. If I would have gone ccw perhaps would have been a better option for sunrise photos.
I'm just trying to get back into being active so will be exploring new trails through my journey as many as...

Just be careful and you'll be fine. My wife and I are 69 years old when we did this trail 4 weeks ago and we did just fine. The scenery and wildlife in the area is just...

I cannot wait to bring visiting friends/family here, as it is just such a unique trail that you can’t...
