The place is nice and quiet but the association needs to fix the roofing problem with the garages they are cave in and with the snow coming can be dangerous other than that it's nice...

When it was town of menasha they allowed leashed pets in the park. When it changed to fox crossing they changed the rule. Saddening. Would not recommend visiting. Not...
