So, My mom got me a nerf war special for 21$. There wasn’t anybody there so I ask the staff to bump me up to another session and they offered a free session with my current session. Pretty good, right? NO. I jumped until 5:55 and what did I get? I shot at the inflatable park since there was nobody there except from two kids, and I was left unsatisfied. I asked if I could get a refund, and they said “No, because you already jumped.” If I would buy something and ask for a refund immediately without even trying the thing, THATS JUST NOT EVEN BUYING IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. And it gets worse. I asked for the free session another time and they told me I couldn’t get it even if I got that offered because I needed a coupon or something. IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE ME ANYTHING EVEN IF I WAS UNSATISFIED THEN THATS JUST HIGHWAY ROBBERY. MY MOM PAID 21 DOLLARS FOR WHAT? NOTHING BUT DISSATISFACTION. AND WHAT DID YOU GIVE US FOR THAT? NOTHING. SO MY MOM PAID 21 DOLLARS FOR SOME EMPLOYEES TO GIVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES? NOT TO MENTION THE PLACE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS EVEN THOUGH THEY CLAIM THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED. IF YOU SEE THIS AND THE THOUSANDS OF OTHER GOOD REVIEWS, THOSE WERE IN THE PAST. THIS PLACE SUCKS AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. ITS JUST A BUNCH OF EMPLOYEES SITTING AROUND AND RECEIVING MONEY. AND WHAT DO THEY GIVE YOU IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED? NOTHING EXCEPT COME UP WITH SOME BS REASON AS OF WHY YOU CANT GET ANYTHING EVEN IF YOU WERE UNSATISFIED. AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT? THEN THEY ARE TERRIBLE. 21 DOLLARS TO SHOOT AT WALLS AND SLIP ON A BIG BOUNCY HOUSE ISNT WORTH IT. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NEVER COMING BACK. DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE, YOU...

On a bad weather day recently the competitors told us they had big lines all day. Last thing you want to do with a toddler (with pent up energy) is wait in a long line! Xtreme Craze told us to come on over and that they were nowhere near capacity!

Honestly- I'm really glad we did an inflatable air park instead of a trampoline park because this was much better for my son's age and needs, he had so much fun bouncing around in there with us, was even able to do the obstacle course style parts with us helping, and was smiling so big almost the whole time he was there! I think the bright colors and inviting atmosphere make it truly feel like a kid's dream Playland.

We got a whole hour's worth of fun and it was such a good workout that we were all happy exhausted by the end. We only had to wait a little less than a half hour to get into the inflatable air park and they were really nice about the fact that my son wouldn't wear his wristband, so I had it in my pocket for him. All the staff we interacted with were amazing and friendly. We will totally be back and we are happy that our son loves it so much!

A perfect place for kids to enjoy & it also has Lazer tag, an arcade with prizes, food and drinks to buy & birthday parties. Also the bathroom had an awesome changing table set up with privacy in a stall (as opposed to out in the open) and was super clean. There's lockers to keep your stuff in during all the fun too.

Lastly- kids 2 and under are free and there was great deals on Tuesday for us adults to enjoy the fun with him at a great price. Thank you Xtreme Craze for being such an amazing...

After years of having kids b-day parties at our house with a rented bounce house and grilling out for food, we opted to have it at a "place" this year instead. We have brought our kids here for other events in the past, so we decided to have our daughters 7th birthday party here. Zero issues with anything. The entire experience was clean-cut, straightforward, and highly enjoyable - not to mention the same cost as if we had had the party at the house - great value for the money.

All kids had fun, the pizza was surprisingly good (no offense but b-day party places aren't exactly known for their culinary skills so we were pleasantly surprised) and all of the kids left exhausted in the best way. I could not recommend this place more. I also have to shout-out our Event Server, Bryce. She was organized, friendly, great with the kids, and also good a for a laugh - and I have a horrible dad-joke sense of humor. I dont know if you can request specific staff for your kids party, but if you can, ask for Bryce. The entire experience was fantastic. 5/5...
