Quince Dresses NJ | Vestidos de Quinceaneras — Attraction in Franklin Township

We decided to surprise my daughter a Sweet 16-turned-Quince this year because the previous year, I had a risky pregnancy and were not able to plan a Quinceanera. We found Elegant Boutique and love the selection of dresses they offered (Mary's Bridal, Morilee, House of Wu). We traveled, at times over two hours because we wanted to find the best Quinceanera dress. Strapped with time, Elegant Boutique was able to find and get us the absolutely most gorgeous Viscaya dress the my daughter fell in love with! Usually, you have to search for "the dress" 6-8 months ahead. We were so disappointed because we weren't sure if we could get the one dress she wanted. Cris @ElegantBoutique was able to locate our dress and had it shipped for pick-up in less than 6 weeks (the week before our event!!). The shop also sell accessories and traditional Quince items on site, which is most convenient as there were different design style to choose from. Cris is also a professional photographer (and willing to travel to an event) and gave us a complimentary 20x30 photo, which we used as a guest sign in! We are so satisfied and happy with the level of service that Elegant Boutique had provided and we are truly grateful to Cris for making our daughter's special day absolutely magical!! My 12 years old daughter is already planning for when her turn will come and we know which shop we will go to again!! She even took home complimentary magazines from the boutique and started telling her friends where to find their dresses! My recent experience at Quince Dresses NJ for my daughters sweet sixteen dress left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. From start to finish, it was a nightmare that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Upon entering the store, there was an immediate lack of greeting or acknowledgment from any of the staff. I gave them my name and let them know I had an appointment. I was told I had to wait for someone who spoke English. As we waited and wandered around aimlessly trying to find a dress for an upcoming event. We finally had someone to come and help us. She wasn't excited about the task. She rushed and helped my daughter try on dresses. She didn't help her with fixing the dress or anything or accessories. We watched as the other girls received excellent service.

When I asked for my daughter to try on another blue dress, I was told this will be her last dress to try on in a very rude manner. Now we waited over 20 minutes for service, and we watched other girls try on more than 4 dresses. I said this to her, and she didn't care. We had words and she walked away. Another lady came and was very pleasant and wanted to help. Unfortunately, the damage to the experience was already done.

Overall, my experience at Quince Dresses NJ was nothing short of a disaster. The lack of basic customer service skills, indifference towards customers, and overall unprofessionalism left a sour taste in my mouth. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a stress-free dress shopping experience to steer clear of this establishment. They have a lot to learn about how to treat their customers with respect...

We decided to plan a Quince for our daughter and started the process in June 2022. I did research on different stores and came across this website and was a little skeptical because it was so far away. We live in Orange County NY. I ended up taking the trip, which was 160 miles and I have to say that that was the best decision I made because my daughter’s dress was absolutely beautiful.

My hope going to the store was to find a dress that I could buy locally, but the dress that we ended up getting was only made/sold by the store. I have to say I have no regrets about making this trip to the store. Initially, she wanted to get a red dress and we were down to the last dress that we were going to be able to try on and I came across this gown and showed it to her. If I’m being honest at first she wasn’t impressed, but then she tried it on and when she came out of the room, she cried. I cannot even begin to express how beautiful this dress is. I have no idea who the designer was but they nailed it 1000%. My experience in store was amazing and my daughter’s party was a dream! It was on April 6, 2024 and today is April 20, 2024 and I am still floating. The pictures are just breathtaking.
