the worse phone service ever. They have too many reports on BBB on what they do but don't and how bad they are. Me I had gotten one where I used to live had in 1 day never picked I up after got it home took it back they said pressure crushed screen said it could not be fixed threw it away. kept billing me for something I hadn't used yet .1 day was in a grocery store in fast lane paid for what I had and turned around and the guy behind me in a striped shirt with U S Cellular tag I turned and pointed at the his name tag and said I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN. He said hold on I want to talked to you he paid for 2 things and stood and he asked why I told him what happened and what they did he said hold on a min and went back to where they were selling the phones .He cked it out and came back angry. He apologized to me he looked into it and found they could had gotten it fixed for me for $150. so he offered me a deal I could have a pick of 4 different phone with camera everything in it for $40. turned him down . When my friend brought me back to ILL he went here and got me 1 on his plan, I pay him and he pays the bill. It's been nothing but a pain in my behind. It was great for a month or 2. we set it up with video call so he could check on me and make sure I was ok. It will not let me hear his video call at all. It refuses to let me update. Things were OK for a few years, other than having to stop by many times to get them to give the promised discount for auto-pay. Then a young guy promised me that there would be no fees on the Nest cam he sold me...LIE! Of course he wasn't there to complain to, he had been PROMOTED to a Chicago location! Things kept getting worse, and finally the deal-breaker: I camped 7 days/6 nights at IL Beach, Zion IL, and could not receive or send texts, only twice could load emails, but could never reply, and, I COULD NOT MAKE ANY CALLS! Filled out a Customer Satisfaction survey that UScell had recently sent, and heard nothing. Went to the Freeport store, and asked what it would cost to close my account and he never even asked why I wanted to close, so I told him. He literally did not give a rip. I also mentioned that I was tired of running out of the 2MB of data, and he said "Oh, we haven't had the 2MB plan for a long time, now it is 5MB for $5 less".
