I go here all the time with my kid never had any issues. Today We played the claw machines which half of them don't even pick up anything or the claws don't even close, couple of machines take ur quarters and don't give you a play it just takes ur money, in the past iv just went to counter to ask the employees for my quarters back but due to the attitude iv been given in past I just play and if it happens I don't even bother to walk up to get my money back. But then I did a game with the spin wheel to get tickets I hit a double and won 148 tickets, the machine ran out of tickets in middle of dispensing it had only dispensed 20 so far out of the total 148, my daughter went to get an employee to let her know and the employee tolled her when she gets time she will come fill it back up with tickets when she gets to it no biggie, I sat there an waited at the machine for over 5 mins and the machine kept beeping saying feed me feed me due to being out of tickets so after waiting for awhile I got nervous the machine would reset and I would loose my tickets at this point I had been standing there well over five mins which my hunch was right it span the wheel without me putting anything into the machine and reset the ticket number when it respan itself it said I won 40 more tickets and once again started beeping saying feed me out of tickets the owners wife finally came up and refilled it with the tickets I started to explain to her what just happened, she chuckled under her breath looked up at me and said "Yeah ok, this machine don't do that" and rolled her eyes I explained I had other people standing there random strangers I did not know that would agree to what they seen the machine beeped loudley for over five mins everyone sitting in that area could see and hear the machine and it clearly ran out of tickets and after the number 148 sat on the board that whole time once it respan itself it erased the number and put the new number of 40 which still could not dispense the tickets she didnt say another word and just looked down grabbed her keys to the door of the machine and walked away she didn't do anything didn't give me my quarter back didn't give me my tickets owed she treated me like I was lieing and out to take from them. I'm a grown women at a damn kid place I have better things to do then lie over tickets if it were ten tickets or a small number I wouldn't have cared and would never had said anything but the fact it was 148 and the lady didn't even care just really made me upset I put ten bucks into this machine and another 15 i played on the claw machines like I get it machines do this all the time but like it was so rude. I was going to have my daughters b day party here and I come here quite often but after today.. it shows these people don't care to take ur money or treat people Fairley when it comes to their machines not working and then they take it out on the customers like they are irritated or annoyed when people's money gets taken and they refuse to give u ur money back or fix their machines so it don't take people money like that so fair to say they lost a few customers today and I will not be back. And please post ur cameras that you comment on every bad review you get because then it will show I am not lieing and ur machine clear as day had 148 tickets on the board and the machine respan itself it even did it infront of you after you stated ur machine does not do that so please review ur camera and post because you will then know that just cause you get ripped off by bad customers that I am not one of them all of ur reviews you comment on comming at people and always have excuses but you never address the problem you just get defensive and you really let your true colors shine. My daughter has autism, and this prevents her from wearing socks; it’s something she cannot control. Every time I put her socks on, she takes them off.
The manager told me my daughter must wear socks. I explained the situation, but her attitude was unacceptable. She said, “It’s not my problem.” I asked if she wanted us to leave, and she said yes.
I can’t imagine treating a four-year-old this way or depriving her of her right to play. She didn’t choose to have autism, and she didn’t choose to dislike wearing socks. If there is any harm in her not wearing socks, it affects only her—not anyone else. by the way the same employee once refused to let me from entering.” hot water to prepare milk for my newborn, insisting that I buy bottled water from them instead.
Please consider hiring staff with proper customer service training and compassion for children and families with special needs.

I understand that many autistic children come to Funland, but if you truly understood what autism means, you’d know that every child’s challenges are different. My daughter, for example, has a problem with wearing socks — she feels uncomfortable with anything covering her feet so I can’t dress her fully because she’ll simply take them off. I’ve mentioned this before.
As for bringing a snack and water, it’s only because you didn’t have the snacks my daughter wanted, and you told me outside food isn’t allowed, I respected the rules and I used to buy from your store. Read moreHad my daughter’s birthday party a few days ago, and I have had her birthday there once before, and I go there often, but this time it was different. When I got there the guy was very pleasant I guess he is the owner, but when I tried to get my family it everything went south. When the party was booked we were not informed that a waiver had to be signed, so when trying to get my family in including the birthday girl I had to sign a waiver for everyone in my family which was 5 of us before even entering. It wasn’t having to sign the waiver that made me upset it was the fact that we were never notified about this so we could do this before hand. I was complaining about it and the male owner started being very rude and raising his voice at me in front of my 6 year old. He told me he wasn’t going to let us in. I asked if we could not have this heated convo in front of my 6 year old He told me have someone take her outside of the building and proceeded to yell that I’m being recorded and being very nasty. He asked my mother in law if she could read in a rude way when she tried to walk in after someone told her too. The staff was very rude mumbling things under their breath. They try to claim we had more than 10 kids and try to sneak and count them like we were lying. I’m so thankful my daughter had a great time, but it broke my heart when my 6 year old told me that man scared her that’s how aggressive he was being. Let’s just say we will never be back and I will never book a party there. The staff is unorganized, unprofessional, and very rude.
