I really don’t do reviews but felt like I had too. First of I never knew we had a linex dealer in Monroe. I did like everyone else does = google search. I decided to give them a call. I talked to a guy by the name of Jeff, at the time I did not know he was the owner. He does not try to up sell you and he will recommend by asking you questions on how you use your vehicle. Jeff is a very understanding person and will work with you like he did me. Just like a lot of families my wife works and I don’t have a spare vehicle. He worked with me a said he will drop me off and offer to pick me up after my truck was completed. 1st impression - it looks like a small business which it is , but the shop is bigger the what it appears. 2- shop opens at 8:00am I arrived 20 min early. I believe the first person to arrive was Ian. Very nice guy. He opened the shop and I walked in explained that had an appointment and I needed a ride back. Was no issue he turned around hung a sign in the door he would be back shortly and we were on our way.. he explained the full process and I decided to add the rust protection. 3- my truck was done on time. When I picked up my vehicle. Jeff the owner was working with another customer. He was talking to him like he knew him for years. When it was my turn he started talking to me like he knew me for years also. Very out going guy and you can tell he puts his heart into his Business and wants to be successful..and wants his customers to me 100% satisfied... 4-first impression of my truck. The linex came out beautiful not one imperfection. The rust preventer was Nicely coated. Final- I know this is a long review ,but if your in the market for just about any kind of truck aceesories not just linex please give them a call . Support your local small shops this one is...

Had to wait well over a month to get an appointment, and when I showed up nobody was at the Telegraph Rd Monroe location to provide service. There is no mention of the second location (where they apply the Krown Rust Prevention) on their website. I called 4 times and I waited 15 minute past my appointment time before leaving to have both of my cars treated at another Krown location. I received a call 45 minutes after my appointment and the caller was apologetic and stated he would get us in quickly and get us taken care of. However, the caller today said they could get us in on January 9th. WHAT A JOKE!

State Line Krown Rustproofing & LINE-X of Monroe is unprofessional, overwhelmed, and unreliable. Their shop, where the Krown rust protection is applied is a filthy oil pit with no heat and no place for customers to sit.

I suggest that anyone reading this go to the Krown Rochester Hills location were the staff is professional, reliable, and they have a clean heated waiting room for their customers. That's where I'll be taking my business...
