Summit House Weddings — Attraction in Fullerton

If you're considering Summit House for your wedding ... it's such a versatile location that we would highly recommend!

We are a wedding photography/videography husband-and-wife team, and not only have we had the privilege of shooting here... we also got married here! So we can review it both as a vendor and as a couple who used this venue for our wedding. :)

The restaurant has a separate area with a pavilion that is used for ceremonies, which also acts as an arch for florals if you'd like! Because this venue sits on top of a hill, both the daytime and nighttime views are beautiful -- you can see the city below, and it feels like you are in an intimate venue even though space wise, there are lots of locations to utilize for different parts of your day. So you get the best of both worlds! Inside the restaurant, the decor is warm and luxurious, and the bridal getting ready room has plenty of natural light, too.

We loved the cocktail hour area as well! It's right outside of the indoor reception, and it overlooks the hill and has a charming fountain. The reception space (which can also be used as a ceremony space) is gorgeous, with floor to ceiling windows that make for some great photos and videos!

If you are thinking of having a golden hour photoshoot during your wedding, there are also so many locations we can go to. Just steps away from the restaurant is a hill where the sun hits JUST right against the greens. It's a small golf area that's pretty secluded, so it is both private and intimate. Surrounding the restaurant, there are benches, warm lamps dotting the winding paths, tall willowy trees, and of course, the city backdrop.

Because the ceremony/reception/cocktail hour locations are well separated from the rest of the restaurant, it really feels like you're in your own bubble throughout the whole wedding.

Summit House was AMAZING for our wedding in every way shape and form. Amazing location with amazing views, amazing food, amazing staff, and amazing décor. LeeAnn made the whole process very smooth and stress free, from the initial tour, to our details and tasting. She and her staff always responded to our (numerous) questions in a timely manner and were very understanding of our requests. Day-of the staff blew us out of the water in how attentive they were to us and doing everything they could to make our day perfect. The food was just as fantastic, and no guest left disappointed. Our photos also turned out amazing thanks to how picturesque every angle of the venue is, and decorating was a breeze as Summit House stands on its own without much needed to spruce it up. My new wife and I both agree that choosing Summit House as the venue for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made in our planning. We’re both greatly looking forward to celebrating our 1-year anniversary here, and can’t wait to have more risotto. (We can’t recommend it...

The Summit House gave us our dream wedding! Every aspect of the Summit House was beyond what we could have ever hoped for. The entire Summit House team was amazing from start to finish, but LeeAnn was truly the reason that we loved our special day. From the moment we stepped foot at the Summit House, we knew it was the perfect place for us. The location was beautiful, the views were spectacular, and their entire system was turn-key. We did not do the Everything But The Ring Package, but we still felt like everything was so streamlined.
