I rely on customer reviews and shop at only stores that have decent reviews, so I feel obligated to return the favor and share my experience for other potential shoppers. I did a lot of online research but didn't think we could afford an Olhausen pool table. Rick at West State Billiards not only gave us a great deal, he made the entire transaction a fun and entertaining experience! We purchased the Madison model a month ago, with the upgraded accessory package, 6 cue sticks and a ping pong top for under what other sellers wanted for just the pool table. We were expecting to wait 2-3 months for the order but was pleasantly surprised that they had the table we wanted in stock so we were able to take delivery in a week. Francisco (Frankie) was our installer and he took his time to set up our table, and even came back to install additional rubber pads because our floor was not level. Rick is also a man of his word, when the table and accessories arrived, the ping pong net wasn't what Rick promised, he made it good right away! Kudos to Donny Wessels who manages the store, and BTW, is probably the best table mechanic in Southern California. The work he did on my table is not stuff everyone is capable of doing. It plays outstanding and it's not just me saying so. Everyone who has played on my table makes the same comment. The table was in the family for decades but it had been years since I’d seen it. I wasn’t 100% sure the size etc cause it was in storage. Paul and team were patient and flexible in coordinating a pickup that I was traveling in for.

Joe was extremely helpful and quick at the pickup (from a storage unit on a slant).
