Starbucks — Restaurant in Anaheim

Don’t have issues with this location but srsly today was not it .. I ordered a venti iced caramel macchiato upside down with extra caramel drizzle through the drive thru … I tasted it on the way home and it didn’t taste like it had any flavoring just espresso and milk and a slight amount of drizzle on the top of the cup. I called and the lady that answered me was super sweet took my order down and let me know to just tell them my name when I get to the window… I drive back and let them know my name and the girl in the speakers tone shifted ( I’m a supervisor at a coffee shop as well and know that sometimes ppl can get annoyed or frustrated when someone comes for a remake but literally the drink was made wrong by you guys so why be like that ? ) point being I get to the window and my drink was not upside down nor did it have extra caramel drizzle like what the heck not only did you guys get the first time wrong but the second as well ? I didn’t even wanna say anything anymore bc I knew that the individual was going to make some deal out of it due to the way she presented herself. Got a caramel frappe 2/16/25 @9:40pm and as I got the drink my boyfriend saw as the worker was giving it too him that it looked watery and even told the worker and he said “I promise you it’s not watery bro”.
