Puffs never give you the full promised amount of puffs. Bought a 2000 puff bar last week and yesterday and both of them went dead the next day with no blue flashing light indicating the battery died. I even bought a smaller puff bar the other day and it burned out as I left the plaza, they told me that all of the smaller puff bars do that now and that if I wanted another I had to pay for it -_- idk why they would sell this to the public. I live literally down across the street and this is always a issue. I always go there to buy blunts, just lost a 20+ year customer. I’ll make sure I let everyone else I know that buys puffs...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! How do not even offer me a bag after I purchase MULTIPLE items from a freaking smoke shop? No discretion, this fat hairy slob that's behind the counter. Gave me a price that's different than what's on the stickers...of course he told me it was more and which H made no sense because he quoted me a lower price for something I KNOW is more expensive....

Shut em down. Fraudulent business! They sell defective torches that can’t be refilled or even returned. Customer service is not available because workers barely know English. Purchased this junk 6 days ago and was not offered return or exchange. The item did not even have a users manual or proof of warranty like the vendor claims. Stay away from this...
