Chinatown Express — Restaurant in Gardena

This place don't even deserve a star. Their food sucks and it doesn't help that they have disrespectful and disgruntle servers. My 12 year old and 17 year old stepdaughters went there with their uncle. They got 2 soy sauces and 2 hot sauces for three platters. They were yelled at for asking for more. I'm not sure who they think they are to mistreat someone's children. I don't advise that parents take their children. This is not a place for families. Management should require their employees to take a course in hospitality and customer care. Horrible food, almost every item we got was SO DRY and even more horrible customer service!!! I cannot stress that enough! Just PLAIN HORRIBLE. Rolling their eyes when asking for what I want, giving you only limited portions, they simply aren't welcoming to new customers. Only one chicken stick in the combo, like what even is that? & the chicken stick WAS NOT EVEN GOOD!! I had to go return the chicken stick because it was so hard it must have been there for weeks, it simply was NOT EDIBLE! & they got angry at me for bringing them that piece of CHICKEN PLASTIC, THE AUDACITY!!! This place is not as good as it looks. The food taste old, and did not have much flavor or meat to it. One of the sides (teriyaki chicken) was over cooked, very hard for me to chew the meat. The orange chicken did not taste like it had any meat in it, such a disappointment. I ended up throwing the whole combo plate in the trash. The service here was also not good, kinda of rude!
