A Terrible Experience Marred by Rudeness and Racism
Our visit to this casino was one of the worst experiences we've ever had, starting right from the moment we arrived. As we parked our vehicle, a security guard began slowly circling us, giving us an uncomfortable feeling. I tried to be polite and waved at him, but he responded with a nasty look and continued driving. When we got out of the vehicle, we were immediately stopped and told that we couldn't have our cats (we travel full time with them) in the vehicle on the property. When I asked if it would be okay for my husband to go inside while I stayed out with the cats, the security guard became extremely argumentative and confrontational. I had to cut him off and tell him we were leaving, but he continued to rant about their policies as I got back into the car.
We parked nearby, and my husband decided to go inside the casino while I stayed with the cats. Inside, my husband found the poker setup to be unclear. You’re expected to check in upstairs before sitting at a table, but this wasn't communicated well. A 75-year-old Black man with a walker sat down at my husband’s table with a $100 bill, ready to play, as the table had been asking for more players. Suddenly, Terry, a bald-headed floor manager, rudely approached the man, aggressively demanding to know who told him he could sit there. The situation escalated quickly and unnecessarily, with more armed security officers surrounding this elderly man and the woman accompanying him.
Despite the couple apologizing and agreeing to check in properly, security kept swarming them, creating a hostile and threatening atmosphere. The woman even raised her hands, clearly indicating she felt unsafe, yet Terry falsely accused her of being hostile. My husband spoke up, stating that she wasn’t hostile at all and asked them to leave the couple alone. Eventually, the situation calmed down, and the couple were allowed to play after checking in.
But the harassment didn’t end there. After just a few minutes, security returned with another floor manager, a red-headed man, and told the couple they needed to leave. My husband, a white man, was appalled by this blatant display of racism and expressed his frustration over the unfair treatment. The floor managers offered weak justifications for their actions, but it was clear they were in the wrong. My husband immediately picked up his chips, cashed out, and waited outside with the couple to ensure they were safe while waiting for their Uber, even giving them water.
We’ve visited over 350 casinos across the country, but the racism, rudeness, and overall hostile environment here were unlike anything we've ever experienced. We will never return to this establishment and strongly advise others to avoid it as well. If you value decency and respect, take your...

Read moreDo not come here to play poker. The guys playing here know each orhers by middle names. Casino funded players are also positioned everywhere, and I'm not talking about those getting paid hourly.
One more time, do not come here at all. Save your hard earned money for other things. This is way beyond gambling since with gambling, you can still have done chance to win.
Not too long ago, I watched a guy trying to get into the "real game". He spent almost 10 grands doing so in a short period of time. Did he ever get inducted by the members there? I'm not too sure but 1 thing I'm sure that the entrance fee was high. If the entrance fee is high, I'm wondering what's the profit being the members here?
Sound like fiction? It's not.
If by now you cannot stop yourself from launching off your couch, racing through traffic to get here. There is only one thing left that that I'd advise you to do. Forget your wallet at home.
Lastly, if somehow you did manage to get to the parking lot of the casino. Please sit in your car for about 10 minutes and think about your life. How on earth did you get here? What choices did you make that brought you to park at this place?
Is the guy walking across the parking lot trying to steal your car? Ask him what his name is. He will tell you to not walk inside. If he says the opposite, your car may not be there when you come back.
I left this review for you. If you come across this, just know that I have been through where you are going through. Remember, it's a process and it...
