Jump City USA LLC — Attraction in Garfield Heights

Great concept, horrible execution. I booked a party for two hours for my sons 3rd birthday party. I arrived 15 minutes earlier to set up. The other party before us was still cleaning up, and so were the staff. When it was time for our party to start, no decorations were put up, when they were put up it was half done, only decorated one side of the room with cheap table clothes, no plates or cups were set up on the table, we had to ask for extra plates and new plates because she was trying to give us plates that were open already and she refused to give us plates based on the fact that SHE didn’t see any other people but it was still early. Host was very rude, Acting annoyed with me when asking questions pertaining to the party did not engage much at all besides when she was rushing us to move the party along like citing the cake and things of that nature. They were a half an hour late sitting up and rushed us out before we were finished. Pizza came up 30 minutes before party was over we paid an xtra $75 dollars for cotton candy that didn’t get put up until 30 minutes before the party was over and was being policed. None of the exhibits were explained or introduced. and then host was trying to rush us out of the establishment 2 minutes after party was over, because the other party after us had shown up, we paid $500+ dollars for unorganized party overall was a disappointment. We cleaned up ourselves, my child did not get to enjoy his money machine that we PAID FOR included in the package because they were too busy rushing us out of the facility. I had my Son Anthony Jr.’s 4th birthday here My sons birthday is Halloween and we wanted something warm and fun to do instead of trick-or-treating. I found this place on instagram and I absolutely loved every bit of this experience. I am custom creator for party favors and treats and when I tell you it felt so good to show up with my family and a cake and not have to do anything 😊🥰. They provided everything!! Ms Lynette was so helpful and kind. Her and her staff interacted with our party and guests. The pizza was bomb we had left overs😋 and overall I would recommend this black owned business for kids 4 to 6...

I saw this organization at a local community event and was extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, this ruined the experience of my family and I. I’ve never seen a worker touch a child in a bounce house or any other setting before engaging with this company.

Instead of using this as a teaching moment for the clearly young worker who picked up confused toddlers (2-3 years old) without parental permission, the company supported their decision. I wish them well but would not recommend nor chose them as a company to work with in the future as many other companies seem to have...
