Recovery Room Bar — Restaurant in Garfield Heights

SO ME AND MY FIANCE GOT A FLAT TIRE THIS MORNING AND HAD TO PULL INTO THIS PARKING LOT OF THIS BAR (THE HOSPITAL OFFICER WHO WAS PARKED IN THE SAME PARKING LOT TOLD USE TO) HE GAVE USE A TICKET AND THEN THE OWNER TOLD HIM THAT ME AND MY FIANCE COULDNT HAVE OUR CAR PARKED THERE AND THEN ASKED IF THE OFFICERS WAS OK AND WENT AND GOT THEM SOME WATER REMEMBER THE OFFICERS WAS PARKED THERE FIRST BUT ME AND MY FIANCE AND OUR 1YR OLD SON COULDN'T WAIT FOR A TOW TRUCK THERE AND THEY WASNT EVEN OPEN I GUESS I DONT HAVE THE RIGHT COMPLEXION FOR COMMON COURTESY OR AT THE LEAST GIVE MY 1YR SOME WATER CAUSE THEY MADE USE STAY IN A HOT CAR TIL OUR TOW TRUCK GOT THERE RECOVERY ROOM MIGHT AS WELL PUT UP A NO BLACKS...

Raggedy little dirty sidewalk bar with rude owners, ghetto bartenders, I never enjoyed myself here. I've been there about four times, and every time it's the same. Nasty, too congested, rude owners, and the bartenders will fight you if there is a disagreement .... Not a good place to hang out! They need to really upgrade!! And I'd like to know why is it that all the seats at the bar are always taken up by the bartenders friends? This place is honestly TRASH! GOOGLE ASKED ME TO RATE...
