Dogs seem to really enjoy it. Personally, I think it could use some shade. But, keeping in mind it is a baseball diamond. It is a great use of the ground. Unfortunately I don't have any recent pictures of the park. So you'll have to enjoy a picture of my mom's 3 out of 4 daushounds. 😁

Wasn't aware it's known as a dog park, just Gas City Park. Not a bad place, wish people wouldn't litter and such, that's why this is 4 stars instead of 5.

Dogs seem to really enjoy it. Personally, I think it could use some shade. But, keeping in mind it is a baseball diamond. It is a great use of the ground. Unfortunately I don't have any recent pictures of the park. So you'll have to enjoy a picture of my mom's 3 out of 4 daushounds. 😁

Gas City park is absolutely beautiful. It has a small lake/pond, and it's very own petting zoo. There are several pavilions around the park for outdoor activities such as birthdays or family get togethers. The back of the park has a stage and seating area for their live bands that they have from time to time. There are a couple different playgrounds on the property as well. If u like car shows, this is a big event. It's probably one of the biggest car shows in the mid-west, in my opinion. The car show is always the last weekend of September. The park opens their gates on Wednesday to start letting people pick their favorite spots around the beautiful park. The cruise in is on Thursday evening at the Gas City high school. The main event starts on Friday, and ends on Sunday. This is a must see event, if u like...

This is a former baseball field with fencing and a few agility stations. Water, bathrooms and pavilions nearby. And ... a menagerie. Goats alpacas, sheep, pigs, peacocks and reindeer (maybe). Uncharacteristically for IN ,,, it's all free. I drive back and forth from TN to MI. Gas City is about halfway and this is our place. Off the interstate about 10 minutes, the drive goes past some stores and...
