I ordered for delivery online through your guys’ app. Never received my food and when I called to ask about my refund the girl on the phone says they can only refund half of it because there were charges made through door dash. She told me that I am wrong and that I placed it for pick up. Now, I work at Buffalo Wild Wings, we’re not perfect by ANY means, but I always answer the phones with a good attitude, try my best to make my customers happy and make it a mission to fix their food right away if it is not right/hot. This employee was extremely rude and sassy over the phone. She told me that there were no managers there when I asked to speak to one so, I called door dash customer service and told them what was going on and asked for my refund. Door dash said they could not refund me my money because I did not order through door dash, I ordered through the subway app & placed my food for delivery. Door dash called Subway and said they could not do anything because, as I said, I ordered through the subway app. When Door dash called me back they said that you guys were supposed to give me a call. Never got a phone call back so I called again and the manager for quick mart answered the phone and once again, I was not helped and was never told to come in and speak to a manager. Read more10.07.21. Ordered using the app almost 2 and a half hours before the pick up time. Got to the store and the food was not ready. They tried to tell us that they had just gotten the order which was ridiculous. 15 minutes later it got made BUT another customer actually spoke up and asked them if they were going to make our order. One girl making everything and two guys standing around not doing much. Sub rolls on 3 of the subs were burned.
