I took my 2018 Rzr 1000 turbo here for an 1127 engine code. They had it for about 2 weeks called and said I had a bad clutch, so I explained too them that the rzr was under warranty until June of 2023 and asked if they clutch would be covered under warranty (becuase if it wasn’t I had sourced a used one I was gonna purchase and change myself). I was told twice on 2 different phone calls that yes the clutch would be covered under warranty. So about a week later I talked to them and they told me the clutch was not the issue. So fast forward about a month of them throwing parts at it(fixing wiring, wastegate, wastage actuator, etc), it was finally done (10/20/22). So I went in there to pick it up and was told my bill was gonna be about $1200 for the clutch and a new belt. I asked why I was paying for a clutch when I was told twice it was gonna be covered under warranty, and for a belt (belt that was on it when dropped of had maybe 10 miles in it). They proceeded too tell me the belt was changed because it wasn’t a Polaris brand belt, and that they had never told me the clutch would be covered, but that they had said they would they would see what they could do. I explained too them that whoever I talked too told me the clutch was gonna be forsure covered. The next day (10/21/22) I came back with a trailer too pick it the rzr, they took the price of the belt of my bill but I still ended up having too pay $929 for a clutch that I was told would be covered under warranty on 2 seperate occasions. Therefore I personally will never take anything I own here for service and would recommend everyone...
Read moreWe have bought 2 dirt bikes and a quad here and the sales experience was great, the parts department does a pretty good job but they are a little slow and they do no always communicate well. The reason for the 2 star review is my 21 Kodiak will only run for about 30 minutes and the fuel pump over heats, the service department tells me that this quad is not made to be ridden for long periods of time and there is no fix and I should have known what I bought. Latee I took my daughter's 125 TTR in for a service and to have them look for the cause of a hard start that the bike has had since we bought it. They called me and let me know that the plunger was stuck in the carb and the had cut the choke cable off the bike and it was going to be $500 to fix it ( bike already disassembled). Needless to say I was furious, I own a repair shop and know how things are supposed to be done and this is not the way. When I finally cooled off and went and picked up the bike and brought it home..... It won't start, called down there and was rudely told that carburated quads and dirt bikes won't start in this cold weather, but both our other quads and the other dirt bike ( 2 stroke, starts on the first kick) We run on an ice track in the winter and now I paid for repairs I didn't authorize and have a bike that is worse than when I took it in. I will most likely never do...
Read moreI hate to give two stars because everyone was very nice, but things could have been way better for my experience. I submitted a credit application for a 22 RZR in their inventory and never heard from anybody, so I called the next day to get an answer. Talked to the finance manager when I called (who was very polite) on a Tuesday and got approved w/ a cosigner that same day. Not sure if the sales people were just too busy or were treating me like someone who would never be able to buy the RZR. Called back that week Friday to set up a time for me to get to the dealership to pick up the RZR, and the finance guy realized my RZR wasn't brand new, so there was different paperwork to do, so I had to change plans. Everything after that was great, but we checked the oil after one ride and it was dirty. On top of that, I haven't had any type of follow up call/text/email to ask how everything is going. Not sure if I will go back, but just because I had a lower than average experience doesn't mean...
