Visited this store today around 5:30pm 3 people on shift. At first walking in there were only 2 ahead of me. Lady that prepped the meat on sub took to much care in trying to make the meat & cheese perfectly straight. The gentleman that put veggies on the sandwich was always on the light side of things (literally put 4 olives on a ciabatta) I kept having to tell him "more, more, little more" even when asking for "alot of..." still had to keep telling him more. (And I wasn't just overloading my sandwiches). Third worker asked me before I even began putting veggies on my sandwiches (I had 4 to take home to everyone) "Id there was anything else you want; chips, drinks, cookies." I get you're trying to cover your basis here but to soon bud. I had asked him to divide them into to bags for me which he just talked over me repeating the order so I didnt hear he only listed 3 subs so when he asked "is that all" I just said yes. Still having my hands on the subs I separated, the other Male worker added my sub and check out boy goes, very rudely, "I thought you said that was all." I replied, "I'm sorry I must have not heard you just say 3 and not 4 because I was asking you to separate these in 2 bags." I pay and he literally crams two 12 inch subs, a wrap and a ciabatta in the same bag and I'm not kidding when I say he had to cram the last sub into the bag. Which the handles ripped in the...
Read moreThe young lady working, should have a little more training. She started my sandwich. I move down the line. She started another person sandwich which is fine. Pulled mine out of the toaster. It’s out there and got cold because of the AC running while she continued to help other customers not in a timely manner. Put theirs in the toaster and went to start another sandwich. I asked the young lady if she could put my veggies on because my sandwiches are getting cold. She put my veggies on and then walked away. So I asked her if she could bring me up real quick, so I wasn’t sitting there waiting while she completed five other sandwiches. She then proceeded to ring me up and shoved my subs towards me in a rude manner. I was in there about 20 minutes. The issue was not her making other subs in between. It’s in a timely manner that she did it. Letting mine sit there and get cold for several minutes and then completed it and was just making me sit there and wait when she could’ve just rang me up which took one minute so the customer did not have to sit there and wait while she completed other subs. This man was wearing his hat on subside down yes I mean bell facing upward. Witnessed him get a lady her marinara meatball (getting swarmed by flies in the container of meatballs) than processed to make another man’s sub with the SAME GLOVES and SAME KNIFE as the lady before him talk about cross contamination, there was marinara on his CHICKEN sub. He had to kindly ask the man to change this gloves even though the worker just looked at him with discuss and complied. Than my boyfriend asked if they had eggs, while looking directly at the eggs and the man didn’t comply with his request and said “no”.
