Burger King — Restaurant in Gaylord

Bottom line: this Burger King is good, and has what you'd expect from a Burger King. If you like Burger King in general, you have nothing to worry about going here.

Most people know what Burger King is supposed to be. You can read about the generics of the franchise elsewhere if you don't know. Here's what you should know about this particular location: 1.) The staff (in my experience) is actually above average in how helpful they are. They have intentionally gone out of their way to make delicious concoctions for my daughter who has certain food allergies. This has meant that I've had to buy some random items so that they could throw it together behind the counter for me, but it's the sort of trade off I consider well worth it. It's hard to take kids out when food allergies are in play. 2.) This location has a playplace. It is well maintained, and thoroughly well used. The use contributes to things you'd expect like slightly sticky floors and crumbs on the tables. The only thing worth complaining about is that the staff don't "police" the room like they should. An occasional (every 15 minutes?) check-in to ensure that everyone is wearing socks and that everyone meets height requirements would go a long way in my book. The "check in" could even be masked under the guise of cleanup work. That being said, I doubt many Burger Kings can afford to staff aggressively enough to keep this up. So this location is meeting the normal bar set by Burger King. 3.) The dining areas are comfortably large. I don't really recall eating at a Burger King or similar restaurant with a larger dining area for either the main dining area or the playplace dining area. 4.) The bathrooms are average. You know what you get at a fast food restaurant bathroom, right? 5.) Parking is limited on the primary side (from the point of view of the road, "right"). More is available around back and on the other side. 6.) The restaurant's parking lot is joined to the lot from the nearby gas station, which allows options for in-and-out of the highway. If you want to park on the primary side of the restaurant, however, you must enter through Burger...

The two servers one being Ulaine were some of the most unfriendly rude people. I tried to use the mobile app and Ulain said no. She said sorry I can't. I said is there someone who can? She said no. After pausing a minute to wrap my head around it I told her well I already redeemed my points. She said well I haven't typed in anything. I said no ma'am I redeemed them on my app. She was like well if you would just tell me what your order is and a price then I would help you. Of course how was I supposed to.know that? So I did. Then ordered a French toast meal for my toddler. We only came here for the slide thankfully. He got a ham sandwich. I told Ulaine it wasn't what I ordered and she literally walked away. So we ate the food. I went back out because I am use to mc Donald's coffee and asked about cream and sugar to a different worker. She was also rude and said um it's out there. I said oh I am sorry I am use to mcdonalds and they put it in She's like um yeah well we are different. After I walked back.to the play area before I was even in the two were talking bad about me in front of everyone. So I told them I was going to fill out the survey and...

This location is one of the only fast food locations between my home and work. So I go there almost everyday, so I've had the chance to have food messed up a little more than normal. Yet, to have my food messed up EVERYDAY that I've gone there for the past TWO months is incredible. There has been one tiny mistake everyday that I've gone there.

Mistakes: When I order the rodeo king I get a single with no stacker sauce. -ive gotten the stacker king -ive gotten no sauce -ive gotten only stacker sauce

I will also sometimes order the bacon king, when I order this I ask for a single (So one patty instead of two). -ive gotten no bacon and extra of all the sauces -i was give a WHOPPER with cheese and bacon before

Just now I asked for a eight piece mozzarella stick -i got a eight peice jalapeno chezzy thing

All I know is I'm tired of the small mistakes that ruin it
