Sixth Street Bourbon — Attraction in Giddings

Recently my husband, myself and another couple visited The Tasting room in Giddings, TX. It was an unexpected find, we are so happy that we stopped in. Upon entering we were welcomed and asked if we had visited before. As it was our first visit we all received complimentary tastings. I'm not a whiskey or bourbon drinker but was a sport and tried it. I actually found a few things that agreed with my palate! The men enjoyed it all!! As the men then enjoyed an Old Fashion we girls enjoyed a Bloody Mary made with their Vodka & Rye. We left with multiple bottles and items from their gift shop. A great experience. Upon returning home, about 80 miles away, I realized I had left my sweater at the counter when checking out. Please visit this tasting room!!! The distillery and tasting room are situated in a lovingly restored train station. The tasting room is super cozy and inviting. Their spirits’ many awards are tastefully memorialized around the room (with space for the ones yet to come, no doubt). Don’t miss the unique guitar-shaped bottles AND swizzle stick displays! The staff was super duper friendly and welcoming. Incredible customer service—I contacted them via Instagram DM months after my visit to inquire about the tasting room’s paint color, and they went out of their way to set me up with the info. Order four bottles December 5 it is now January 8 and I still have not received them even though my credit card has been charged. I call and call nobody answers left information on the contact us page still have not received a callback or any information of what’s going on with my order all I know is that I’m out $400. Very poor customer service can’t tell you if I like the whiskey and bourbon because I never got it. it is now February 7 still waiting on my order. They said it was damaged during shipment. Have to re-order should get it soon...
