I came in to have my license updated with my new last name and was successful. However, when my license came in the mail, my printed signature was so tiny you literally need to use a magnifying glass to see it clearly. I needed to apply for my Newborns birth certificate and the state would not accept my signature on my license as you can't see it clearly. I came back into this same Desert Title again and they kindly redid my driver's license but kept insinuating I didn't sign my signature large enough on the pad. This time I signed from top to bottom, left to right, my entire signature fitting to the area on the pad and the woman who assisted me watched and ensured. I got my license again in the mail and the signature was still too small to see. I came back a third time and this time, the same woman told me I needed to go to a state facility because maybe they have better equipment and they tried the best they could. I paid $50 for the convenience of coming to this place. It isn't my fault and now I'm being sent to a DMV. I asked if this is common and the woman told me "no you're instance is the first ever". If that is the case why not fix my issue and make the $50 and inconvenience worth my money, stress, gas, and all the inconveniences related to this issue. I was told by a man working there also that this is a glitch and he also received his license with a signature too small to read from the DMV. I also read complaints online of this happening to others receiving a license with an extremely small and unledgible signature. But don't take my money and then not make it right. I believe my issue should have been resolved better since they took my money instead of sending me away. It's frustrating all I'm having to go through just to get a drivers license which is impacting other things. I guess should have went to the DMV in the first place instead of avoiding it and coming here. I have not been rude or given an attitude at any point during my exchange withe these people at Desert Title and I'm disappointed in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am beyond livid with the Val Vista and Baseline location. I've gone into this location a few times and they have always been rude but not enough for me to write a bad review. Well my husband went in Friday to title and register our vehicle. The mileage was inputed incorrectly by 100k mile more and then they told my husband that it's too late and can't be fixed. I called and spoke with someone over the phone and she insisted that it couldn't be done because it's a lot of work. I insisted there must be something to fix this error and she then said they could probably do a statement of error. So couldn't or didn't want to? Friday evening, I went in with my husband and spoke with Lisa. She stated she is the one who sends off the statement of errors and said we have to get the seller to sign the form. I asked why this wasn't stated earlier so we could have had this all done Friday evening. Lisa was rude, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. At this time I was upset with the lack of customer service being presented. I apologized to her for my frustration and she could care less and continued to be rude. She handed me the statement of error and we left. We came back today (Saturday) with the sellers notarized statement of error and LISA said we couldn't do it Saturday. When asked why she didn't tell us that Friday night, she accused me of not letting her have a word in. There was plenty of silence in between her and my conversation. She chose not to say anything. The in competence of these employees have wasted three days of my time, Friday, Saturday and Monday since I have to go back. I would have saved time by waiting at the MVD and would have paid less. I learned my lesson.
I have recommended this location to many of my costumers for their convenience since I am a title agent/loan officer. Once this error is corrected. I will NOT return nor recommend anyone here..
I do want to note that Heather was nice during the short time my I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is my 5th time visiting this location. Don't get me wrong. All my previous experiences was phenomenal and pleasant except today. The lady with blond hair and glasses who was sitting on the left side of check in place was bossy and had no idea what she was doing. Remember you are on the service job. We generally asked question why they didn't give us right information on the first place. Me and my husband asked what kind of documents bring for transfer license from different country. Desk person told us bring passport and driver license and we did. We got the wrong license with temporary dates. Today we were there to ask and correct it. The blond lady told us pay $60 on top of $30 that we paid for the wrong one. I decided to ask if I need to pay everything since they provided wrong information and we had to come back here. The bossy lady reacted badly. She could simply say that they had to charge again. Instead, her voice was getting louder and told us that they do not know what kind of documents to bring and we have to decide. Hey lady, you need to be more passionate and have knowledge what you are doing. We go there to get help and we pay for it. Everyone else there super helpful and kind. Also they normally tell us what to bring whatever work we need to be done. That is part of your job. Do not say that you don't know what you supposed to know and telling us we should know. It only shows how lack of your knowledge is. Do not ever bring your coworkers down. She was even tried to find out who did this wrong which I never asked. I was not asking for taking responsibility whatever you didn't do it. Employees there be aware that she will never back you up. She was busy covering herself. I only meant to ask because it won't hurt. However your bossy and aggressive reaction was...
