Firehouse Subs Dana Park — Restaurant in Mesa

It was five minutes till closing time and when I walk in, I asked the woman standing at the register if I could order with her instead of on the kiosk and she told me she is not doing any more orders because there’s five minutes until closing and she’s still trying to get the people that are in there out. It was a very long day at work and I had to hurry to even make it there because all I wanted was a firehouse sub with a bowl of soup so I could get ready to go to bed just to wake up and go back to work. She was very rude and disrespectful. I frequently go to this location because it’s around the corner from where I live. After being treated like I have the Ebola virus or leprosy, I will never go to this location again. Actually, I said that last time I went to this location because The last sandwich I got there I went home, took a bite, and the meat was frozen. Then I called and told them that this had happened and they told me that They would comp my next sub and they took my Information then when I went to Get the sandwich they owed me. They had no recollection or my information written down anymore. It had only been a few days and I don’t know how they lost my information or if they even wrote it down when they said they did. I cannot even believe how disrespectfully I was treated … I wish I could give negative stars however that is...

I was eating here 3 times a week but last week I did anwhe online order like I always do when we arrived it was like 5 mins.after it was supposed to be done they told my husband we are working on it now like 10 minutes later I was like excuses me when will my order be done the lady was like in 10min. Then just walked away I told them my lunch will be over before then can I get a refund the gril at the counter did not even look at me and said I don't know. And went back to staring at the wall like I was not there mind you they were not busy nor were they moving even with a little bit of spend. I asked for a manager and they ignored me so I asked again they said no one is here I asked who is in charge they said I don't know and went back to ignoring me. I called corporate they said the owner will call me no call yet and this was last week I even called the location the next day and they said the manager was not in I asked if they would be there the next day And was told I don't know.thay took my name and number and still no call. Well, I support our firefighters , but never again through Firehouse Subs.. Extremely disappointing, and it was already a second chance to begin with. Website said they close at 9 pm, I walked in at 8:10, to a creature that rolled her eyes at me asking if this was a new order, or a phone order... I should have walked out immediately, but I gave them a shot. She told me I need to order from the KIOSK, but that doesn't work with a coupon apparently, so " little upset to have a job with no skills" called for backup, which ended in me giving my request to an actual human. The food was disgusting at best, I already knew as I paid, and still tipped $5... shame on me for promoting complete lack of customer service, and garbage food. I don't often post after bad service, or food, I usually just don't patronize these places again... But Firehouse should go away and take a lesson from places like Jersey Mike's, ...
