We have been going to these for my entire life and always enjoy them, it was not enjoyable this year! We took our 4 kids between 1 and 11 to look at the lights and see Santa. It was a parking lot, not just busy but clearly something holding up the line. It took over an hour and a half to go through, most of the time sitting at a complete stop. When we got to Santa you could not park to go see him, he was outside walking up to cars to say hi to the kids, my kids were still excited and ready, then 2 cars in front of me pulled over and started asking for pictures with Santa! Read moreThere’s a lot of lights but it just doesn’t look good. They are put up haphazardly and the only thing my daughter and I really liked was the little wooden figures. This would be fine if it was free. Towards the end with no notice there is a sign for a “requested donation” of 10 dollars per car and a dollar per person. They walk up to your window and say to you “it’s 10 dollars per car”. Going in I was ready to donate about 5 dollars, but being demanded 10+ dollars for a really disappointing display is absurd. Sure the playground is small and there's some equipment in disrepair,but that's not why you go to this park. There's other things to discover here and there's also a golf course and disc golf course.
