Employees attentive, but like going to a pharmacy where the pharmacist has no clue what he’s giving you and will sell you anything. Most of the people I have dealt with here very clearly lacked knowledge of the limited strains they produce and this is the only dispensary I’ve ever been in that does not post strain info. Most recently and causing me to update a prior review, I specified I wanted a sativa and they sold me two strains that were definitely not sativa, but actually heavy indica dominant, hence the three star rating, so you better have knowledge going in there because their staff is absolutely totally clueless on what their products are and they provide zero strain info. It looks like this company is all about profit and who cares if their staff has no product knowledge. That is reckless because people are putting trust into these novice young kids to provide factual information and misinforming people to just sell product could have serious consequences, including legal liability and put people at risk. Yes, dispensaries can be legally liable for providing misinformation through negligence resulting in harm to others and there are court decisions already on the books for that. I own dispensaries in michigan and colorado, and a grow facility just outside ann arbor, mi. and I have a couple published medical marijuana book titles, I taught at Oaksterdam, helped draft ca prop 215 and managed this countries first medical marijuana dispensary under dennis peron (san francisco cannabis buyers club) so I have some industry background, and to work in one of my dispensaries you are absolutely required to know the products, because people rely on my employees for factual and important information about a controlled substance, obviously not so here? This business appears to be set up as nothing more than a cash mill with little or no concern for anything else including most importantly educating employees who probably work for min. wage and employee discounts with no cannabis knowledge or background. I think the selection was rather limited for what I personally expected, but acceptable, keeping in mind their inventory comes from in-house. My dispensaries are tiny compared to the size of this business and I actually have probably about three times the inventory to offer that’s out on my floor, but my dispensaries are not in MA and in far more lenient states. Prices in this state are absolutely outrageous. I charge as low as $18 for a 1 g vape cartridge at my Michigan locations and about $25 in Colorado, that’s my retail price, here they’re asking $72 for just one single gram vape cartridge. Wow !! so that was really disappointing. It’s great that you guys have recreational marijuana, but the prices in the state are just beyond belief??? I’m assuming the prices are gonna get somewhat cheaper?? more towards Boston just due to the fact that this is the only location in Gloucester, it appears clearly totally profit motivated and they are cashing in on a monopoly here locally. My dispensaries interact with the communities where they are, I’d love to open one here to give you guys a taste of a business that understands we are dealing with a drug, and not candy. Provides professional and trustworthy guidance from knowledgeable and professional experienced staff, not young inexperienced kids and puts SAFETY, KNOWLEDGE, community and morals...

3/29/23 As I write this the program that previously helped me remove opioids and benzos from my medication list has been discontinued. It has been replaced with a thirty percent discount. That's not bad, granted, but it isn't enough to keep those drugs out of my treatment. I can't purchase as much so I'm forced to find relief where I can afford it. I understand that there is some controversy around the person that started this program, but making the patients that benefit from this program suffer for it is wrong. I am asking online and anyone that can help join me in letting Happy Valley know that patients need access and providing that and then taking it away is life altering. It's exhausting. It's just not right. Please reinstate this discount back to fifty percent and keep patients in the green, not in the pills.

Friendly place! Brightly lit with product and accessories on display throughout. Flower with POWER and flavor! Always in the 20% range or better. CO2 carts and pods. I have had some bubbling and stem issues with the 510 carts. I want more concentrates! Those are lacking. Overall a great experience with many tiers of discounts for medical patients as well as a point system that doesn't help those with decent discounts. Still everyone is friendly. As a recreational customer I have no complaints, the bud is top notch and for the low price of fifteen a gram with tax they beat out all dispensaries in Massachusetts. Trust me I love to travel and have been to sixty percent of all mass recreational dispensaries they're the lowest. The grass comes in a hermetically sealed glass jar even grizzlers, the hash rosin is beautiful so loud and tasty again packaging is tops and my rosin is at the bottom not all over the sides and in the cap. This has happened at other dispensaries and you're kinda screwed at that point, no returns kid. Such a charming ride in through manchester and gloucester the building is state of the art and clean enough to make me look like I'm asking for change when I approach the door. Wonderful customer service the woman who tended to my wants was warm and not a phony. Or a great actress still I will be back and if I could suggest one thing.
