The Trailhead — Attraction in Golden Valley

Would not recommend. The staff that works there is very inattentive to anyone but their regulars. If you do not frequent there, you will not get the same level of service as someone who frequents. The owner is nice, and the food is great, but the lack of care from the rest of the staff ruins the whole experience. I have seen them forget to sit people, forget to tell the other hostesses about customers being sat, sit other patrons and take their orders before even acknowledging the customers sat before them, and sit customers in locations where, unless you knew were there, you weren't being helped. And this is during times where they are not slammed by customers and have about 8 people at the bar and about 6 total tables sat. It is not a pleasant experience to eat there, and if they could get the staff to offer the same level of customer service to all patrons, it will make the...

Sandwich was fine but smaller portion than expected and the worker charged me incorrectly.

I order the Cubano sandwich with a glass of water. On the menu the sandwich is $14 and says it comes with a side of fries or salad but my bill ended up being $21.12. (There was no mention of an included tip or place to tip) I did not notice until after I had paid and of course, I did not get a receipt.

I’m fairly confident he charged me for the side of fries ($5) in addition to the sandwich ($14) which should have come with the fries. If that is not the case then MVM needs to change their menu to be accurate.

They also need to update their online menu because it has only a small fraction of what was on the menu at the location.

Beautiful trails, and the Trailhead is lovely.

Prepare for a parking cluster. Just dropping off kids for programming is a sport; the bus stop and handicapped spaces are regularly used by adults dropping off their kid participants but I don’t see any other practical options. As a parent dropping kids, arrange a system and I will follow it. Thank you to those who carpool.

It would be good to see more price point options at the cafe.

The online pass registration system is absolutely bonkers. Over here trying to drop $200 on all access passes for the fam and it is error after error. The registration program is not intuitive.
