Extremely diverse in terms of flora and fauna(plants, flowers, trees and animal life). On one visit I saw and/or experienced the following: Redtail hawks, Peregrine Falcons, White-tailed Kite(a bird of prey), Canadian geese, Mallard ducks and numerous songbirds. I saw snakes( non-venomous), lizards and frogs and turtles in and around the lake. Even walked through a bamboo grove. This small lake is an absolute gem, perfect for a quick escape into nature. The walking loop around the lake is well-maintained and offers a serene stroll with lovely scenery at every turn. Ducks and various other birds are plentiful, adding life and charm to the experience.
