Visit once a year for the Santa Barbara Old-time Fiddlers Convention. This year (2019) I helped demo instruments at the Instrument Petting Zoo. Lovely venue with a large lawn area and lots of shade trees. I have not visited the historic house yet, but will make the trip again soon to do so.

Had a great timeā£ Wonderful house tour and history museum. We got there just in time for the 2pm tour and the had a second tour at 3pm. Just a beautiful home. They let me take lots of photos šŸ˜Š Didn't get a chance to visit the Barn this time but hopefully next time. There is also an old train station and museum on the property. Great place for a picnic or hike. You can walk...

Music at the Ranch was such a welcomed return event! So sad to see the series end for the summer, but look forward to the continued future for this event. Such a wonderful neighborhood feeling of families and friends enjoying an evening in the park with picnics and great live entertainment. A unique piece of Goleta History open to the public for the edification of future generations. The Stow House and Rancho La Patera offer a glimpse into the farm/ranch life from nearly 150 years ago. The grounds are well taken care of as are the historical structures. It's the perfect place for a little historical enrichment and/or peaceful...
