Stow Grove Park — Attraction in Goleta

BE CAREFUL ABOUT THE SUNSET PARK CLOSING TIME LIMIT

They are quite strict about it, and me, in my classic forgetfulness, forgot about the sunset limit (8:15 pm) but managed to get to my car in record time (8:14 pm) to escape the patrol which was parked next to my lone car about to write a ticket.

That being said, this is a fantastic park! Equipped with a playground, a wide stretch of forest as well as a large field makes it perfect for an event. Very well maintained and kept.

I love stow grove park! Just a cool chili park that’s pretty different than a lot of the parks in Goleta and Santa Barbara. Visiting the park reminds me of being in the giant redwoods or the sequoias with all the tall trees. It’s really quiet and peaceful place with a playground and volleyball courts. Lots of picnic tables and places to grill some food. Park in super clean and the restrooms a decently clean could use some tlc but...

It should just be made an off leash dog park since everyone there doesn’t have there dog on a leash. Frustrating for the people who do have there dogs on a leash. They take over every spot and field to play catch and let there dogs run free.... take your dogs to the off leash dog park don’t ruin this park for...
