Jenna in White — Attraction in Grand Rapids

Made an appointment with JIN in Grand Rapids and shortly after received a call that was very personable. They asked me all the questions and seemed very interested in helping me find my dream dress.

Upon walking in for my appointment right at my appointment time there was another bride still doing her appointment which bled into my appointment time. I noticed immediately the very small selection of dresses and I told the girl right off the back what my budget was and what size I needed.

I get into the dressing room and the lady has me undress and try on the one and only dress she brings me and it wouldn’t go past my knees. While I am standing there naked she is scrambling to find another dress for me to try on, asking my mom and sister what I would like instead of asking me.

I tried on 3 dresses total, one wouldn’t go past my knees, one was way too big, and I finally tried one on that I loved. Once I found one that fit and that I liked they didn’t bring any other dresses to me. But this dress was several hundred dollars over my budget.

About 5 minutes after I left I got a call that they could take an extra $100 off the price of the dress if I bought the dress that day(on top of the buy the same day discount of $200)

Over all I was very unimpressed with this bridal boutique to begin with then the cake topper was that I couldn’t help but over hear them saying “we need to hurry this up before our next appointment”. Once I heard that I voiced that I was done and we left before my appointment was over. I will not be recommending this...

I travelled ALL THE WAY TO KLEINFELD in NYC and still am thrilled with my purchase from Jenna in White in Holland, Michigan! I walked into my first ever bridal appointment at Jenna In White, just thinking I would "get my feet wet". Worried I wouldn't find one in time for my wedding, worried I wouldn't find something that flattered my figure, worried I wouldn't find something in my price range. Emaleigh and Shana were the ultimate hype girls! My appointment with them was a whirlwind and I was amazed at how many different styles of dresses they were able to get me into. They truly are wedding dress wizards because they could take my obscure & very vague feedback on one dress and know instantly what to pluck next from their racks. Each one got closer and closer and we landed on it.... the DRESS. The one I chose was right in my price range and we were able to order some completely customized options to dial it in to EXACTLY what I didn't even know I wanted :) They were so supportive, understanding, energetic and patient along the way which made my decision to buy from them very easy. Shortly after visiting with them, I went to New York and had to stop at Kleinfeld for an appointment. Every dress that I liked there was similar to the one Emaleigh and Shana had gotten me to but just wasn't as perfect as THE it-dress. I ended up leaving Kleinfed saying "YES to my Jenna In White, Casablanca-designed dress"!! I am so excited that I got to get my dress from these ladies right in...

Jenna In White made dress shopping such an amazing experience from the beginning to end. When I first booked my appointment on a Sunday, it hadn’t been 5 minutes since I clicked submit and someone from their shop was calling me to confirm. Whomever I spoke to was so kind and personable. They make you feel like you’re their only bride! Days before my appointment they texted me to confirm I was coming and even asked for inspo pics. It is so nice nowadays to receive texts that don’t appear automated. When I walked into the shop my dream dress was actually hanging up on the wall because they had picked ones out based on my inspo. After trying on multiple dresses, as soon as I tried “the one” on, I just knew! I got to work with Meg and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and special.
