Eternal Boba Tea — Attraction in Grandville

I met the uncle and nephew! CORRECT ME! Lol! But i love there tea here! You can easily start a conversation with these people! Their great people! I decided to get a drink i never got in my life! And omg!! it was amazing, that i had to get a second one!

The guy manning the boba booth just seems extremely unhappy and unpleased with helping us. Which is fine people have bad days, but it moved into how he managed our orders. I ordered a tea and forgot to mention what bobas I wanted. I was not ordering a pre-determined menu drink where it lists what type of boba comes with it but individual tea flavors. Instead of asking what I would like, he just put in whatever he wanted which heavily clashed with the flavors I got. I hated my drink because of it and ended up giving it to someone else to drink. I felt like I wasted my money and boba drinks aren’t cheap. I love boba and treat myself with getting it every once in a while so I was extremely disappointed...

The workers that worked on March 29, 2024 were the most disrespectful people I have ever met. While looking at the menu BOTH workers decided to point at my shirt and my boyfriend's matching shirts and called both of us 'Gay'. It's highly unprofessional and simply insulting to say in a workplace let alone to the customers. Pointing and laughing while making fun of customers should not be okay.
