Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Grandville

I ordered a piece of pizza, pasta and a drink. The pizza wasn't fresh. It started out as dried up pizza that was reheated in the oven. Which made it even worse. I ordered pasta with it. I was asked if I wanted a sauce. I choose a sauce. After it was put on my pasta I was informed there was an up charge. The food was horribly bland. The crust tasted and felt like cardboard. When asked for a drink i was given a large. Again no mention of the upcharge. When I saw the receipt i had 2 charges for ranch, which i didnt order. I questioned the charge and was told that there wasn't an actual charge for Alfredo sauce in the computer so they just charge another item untill they reach the charge amount for the alfredo. How can you claim there is an up charge when your register cant even create the charge? This place is mall food at it's worst! After the fact i added up the individual items i ordered and the "meal deal" was more expensive then if i just paid seperatly for each item. TOTAL RIPOFF. how is this place still in business serving food like this and over charging unsuspecting customers??? They don't even...

My experience at Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen was outstanding. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Stephen, along with some of his staff, and the level of customer service was truly exceptional. Their passion for the business is evident in both the atmosphere and the quality of the food.

I ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza, which was absolutely phenomenal. Paired with their rich and creamy mac and cheese and a warm, buttery garlic roll, it was a meal to remember. To top it off, I indulged in a chocolate chip cookie recommended by the staff, which was the perfect sweet finish.

The food tasted good and the employees were friendly..but I 100% got food poisoning at this location yesterday. My son and I both ordered a slice of pizza and garlic rolls. I got the 3 cheese Alfredo pizza and he got the traditional cheese pizza. Within 30 minutes of eating I had to SPRINT to the nearest restroom because I was about to be sick. My son was fine thankfully so I'm sure it was my pizza that was the culprit. I've been sick for a full 24 hrs so far. I should've known better from the way they serve the food, it sits out on the counter all day and they only reheat it once you order it. Breeding ground...
