Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Grandville

Terrible!! All the way from ordering to the way my food was handed to me the overall experience was immediately regretted. I ordered a large Philly cheesesteak and fries along with a mango lemonade. There were three guys working all with hair that hung over their head without any hair nets. The Philly was so small and wrapped as if I ordered a hot dog. It was literally not even as wide as my index finger. The fries were literally tossed into a small brown bag with nothing else so the entire bag was literally covered with grease. I wasn't asked if I needed a bag or any condiments just simply handed something that was in no way shape or form worth $16. I came back to the counter for a bag or something and was given a small box that barely fit the fries inside. The lemonade was also very sour and I couldn't taste any mango. Sadly I won't be back. Poor service, exceptionally long wait. What is happening with this place”, the lady behind me says. We waited, waited and waited a long time just to order. Get to the cash resister and was told they aren’t taking any orders for five minutes because they are focusing on Door Dash orders. Two people behind us left, one who was a mall worker and waited through her lunch break only to be denied food and prompt service. Pretty frustrating and disappointing that they place first priority on online orders rather than in-face customer. Way too many employees back behind the grill can’t help with labor costs. I want to say that this is one of the worst restaurants I have ever visited. The woman who attended us was rude with a terrible attitude. The cook was very rude and had no desire to work. The food was horrible, the fries were cold, the California chicken sandwich was cold, the chicken wings had no flavor or salt at all, they were horrible and raw inside. It's incredible that you think you're going to eat something delicious and what they give you is pure garbage. That is why it is always better to eat at home.
