absolutely horrible. DO NOT GO. customer service is trash.if i could give this place 0 stars i would. me and my 2 sisters wanted to ride the go carts. my younger sister would go with my older sister and i would drive alone. the girl with bangs and pink streaks in it gave us two tickets. we even asked if that was for me aswell. she just said yes. then we got into our carts. and these two girls come up to me and say, "are you with them?" i answer yes. and then they go on to say there was only one driver ticket and one passenger ticket. the driver ticket was bigger so we assumed that it was for a passenger and driver. and the smaller one was for one driver. maybe that's how it SHOULD BE kastle karts. fire the girl with pink streaks in her bangs. because she clearly can't do simple math like noticing there are three people and not two. and she needs to work on her listening skills. overall 1 stars because i've been before and it was fun. but not with tiktok...

The staff at the facility turned us away from the mini golf course. The staff member informed us by telling us "We will be closing at about 4 due to the rain (it was simply sprinkling). It takes about 45 minutes to a hour to complete the course." We then asked if we could get a partial refund for if they kicked us out before we finished our course and they told us, "No sorry, we can not do that unless it is a complete downpoor." We took a second to think about it and figured it was not worth it. We later drove by the mini golf course at 5 and the course was still open with many people playing inside. I would like to inform that the staff should not be turning away paying people if they are not commited to their actions. Me being a manager at a pool this upsets me greatly. Thanks for turning me away...
