In June 2020 I ordered online a table with chairs. After a few weeks the order arrived at my house. Unfortunately two chairs were broken. I made a complaint and I have been waiting for new chairs for over a month and a half. To this day, I have not received new chairs (today is september 3 2020) If someone wants to wait forever to complete the claim process this is the best place. We live in the USA and the warranty process takes months. Unbelievabl.

Today is 25 September 2020. The promised damaged chairs were to be shipped today and unfortunately still nothing. The have no idea how to run a business. Only they know how to steal from clients. I am asking everybody that no one will ever buy anything from these liar and thieve

Today its November 7 2020. Refunded me $100 in an attempt to make up for this wait time. I still waiting for my replacement ( 5 months now) BS WARRANTY. I hope the thieves are gonna go...

Always find great deals here and the staff is always pleasant. The good thing is most items are negotiable, with in reason. Their bargain basement is awesome for hard to find items or for repair or replacement pieces to any type of furniture set you may have. Either indoor or outdoor. Also, the inventory changes periodically so stop by often. If you stage homes and need to build your inventory try this place first and fill in the gaps at the higher prices furniture stores. Oh, the more you buy the more you save with their reward program. I have actually walked ot with a small piece of furniture for less than a dollar by using my rewards and having a bargain basement item. Came here twice, very limited selection at Green hills location but cheap prices, most furniture has scratches, dents, or look slightly used, clearance section is a joke - better quality items at goodwill. Also came on a Thursday at 1130 (1 1/2 hrs after opening time) online says store should be open at 10am, door sign operation hours say should be open at 10am. when I called the store number to see what's up got a busy signal. The store is black and obviously closed. I don't quite know what's going on but something needs to be updated so coustomers don't waste their time like did . I am very disappointed with this location and would suggest just going to the Glenway...
