Family Farm & Home — Attraction in Greenville

We live in Rockford, MI but travel to the stores in Greenville, MI because the people are way friendlier! My husband and I stopped in Family Farm and Home with our two youngsters. Anna, the manager, and another staff member (I didn't catch her name) went above and beyond while we were there. They even held some ducks and chickens for our toddler to pet. They didnt mind that our toddler was screeching while he played with the Schleich toys and actually enjoyed his talking. One of thee best experiences we've ever had at a store. I recommend the Greenville location and will definitely go back. Not sure if my toddler will remember the experience, but I will definitely cherish it forever! Bought a riding lawn and only had less than 2 months. The manager the person who loaded it the day of pick up. He had issues with it also wouldn't start or stay running. He finally got it to stay running and loaded it. He said just know we have a service department. But called on getting it serviced and the guy says unfortunately it will cost you 90 dollars a hour. What's up with that only mowed once with it. Very disappointed with the whole thing. Will not return to a business that operates like that. And would not recommend your store to anyone else.
