Update 8-27-25 Online ordering finally works now however food quality has gone down significantly most of the items were either just warm and two were cold generally KFC has gone down in quality but this seems worse than I've seen at other KFC outlets raised prices and lowered quality not worth the cost Online ordering has not worked at the store in over a year this store is running bait and switch and false advertising you can't get any of the deals that are offered online at the store and you cannot get rewards points they need to fix this problem it's ridiculous it has been over a year since it's been possible to make any order online it can't take that long to fix this problem unless it's intentional and they have not bothered to fix the problem so that they can avoid deals that are offered online
UPDATE This KFC continues to pull bait and switch and or false advertising the 8-piece bucket for $10 on Tuesday is only available online and online ordering is not functional on Tuesdays so there's no way to get that deal you also cannot get rewards points this is a very clean and decent service KFC it's really lousy because you can't get the deals that are advertised on the website because the online ordering doesn't work and has not worked for months

   Read moreThey were rude. They lied about our food being fresh. We tried it in the parking lot OF KFC It was cold. We went back to the window to just have them remake it the Manger said no demanded we give the food back and they give us a refund. Asked for the mangers name and the lady who gave us our food (witch is the one who told me it was fresh) they wouldn't give us any names. They proceeded to say that they will tell there higher up what happen. An I quote "We made it fresh you didn't want that so I gave you a refund I handled that situation perfectly" (All with a nasty tone and loud voice) I did not want a refund I just wanted my food to be warm but instead it was cold as if it had been sitting out for a few hours and the fries were soggy and stale. I think pretty much anyone can tell when food is not fresh. This all happened at 8:20 pm on 9-23-2022 manger pretty much said are complaint don't matter bcecause they were gonna call the higher ups and let them know we were gonna call and complain some more. This was unacceptable, unappreciated and the attitude we got from both employee and Manger was just nasty and disrespectful.    Read moreThis place is a joke. My boyfriend picked us up a $20 fill up for dinner tonight and when he got home all the way in lakeview i realized there was only 5 pieces of chicken and 1 side. I tried calling for over an hour and got nothing but a busy tone, i went and got more chicken from our local deli because i wasn't going to drive back to kfc in greenville. I finally got a hold of a manager and they could hear me just fine until i started telling them what happen then all of a sudden they couldn't hear me. So gave them the benefit of the doubt and called off our home phone. Again could hear me just fine until i started to tell them what happen.
