I called and ordered sat night and the MANAGER was very rude and disrespectful to me, I had a coupon for 18.99 I wanted to add 2 cheesy breads to my order. Which he told me I could sub one of those for the reg breadsticks that came with the coupon. (he was the one who took my original order. At the time I didn't know that.) I should of only had to pay for one cheesy bread. I also wanted one topping on one pizza then wanted to add the other toppings to my 2nd pizza as I have done multiple times before, he acted like he had no idea what I was even talking about. I had also asked for flavored crust on both of my pizzas. When I got my order both of my pizzas had multiple bubbles, no flavoring on the crust. And toppings were all cluttered in the middle of the pizzas. I did NOT receive my reg. Breadstick and my cheesy bread was 2 orders of cheese filled breadsticks which were very doughy. I DID NOT ORDER THAT! I then called to speak with the manager and place my complaint with him and he asked me to repeat myself and my order to him 3 different times and was very rude and disrespectful... acted as if I was a burden to him. He then also tried to blame all the mistakes on the delivery driver and proceeded to tell me it was his fault. He then refused to give me full credit for my screwed up order. And insisted on sending me a whole new order. I then recieved my second order and my pizzas were still messed up! I'm very very displeased with the greenville bc pizza. I don't know what is going on with this place but it's not anything like it use to be! We ordered with bc almost every week. And have never had any issues. Recently it's been nothing but terrible! The only good thing about this whole experience was the delivery service I had. Which I tipped him both times because I felt bad the manager tried to blame his screw up on the driver. I work at the hospital in Greenville and ordered pizza for my staff to celebrate a co-worker. I ordered 3 x-large pizzas, 1 order of breadsticks, and a Gluten Free pizza as I have Celiac disease and one of my other co-workers is unable to eat gluten. The order arrived 30 minutes later than stated on the phone. I received 2 xtra large pizza and 1 large instead of 3 extra large, there were no breadsticks in my order and instead of a Gluten free pizza, they brought a small traditional pizza. I did not realize this error until I had taken a bite into the Pizza and it tasted like typical pizza dough and I looked at the receipt and noted the error.
I called the manager to tell him of the error to my order and that myself and my co-worker could have gotten severely ill from eating that pizza had I not noticed the mistake. I asked for a refund of that pizza and a new Gluten free pizza to be made up and delivered. He refused a refund to me. His apology was insincere, and he said I could either have the pizza I paid for or have my money back.
He was incredibly rude and exhibited a lack of understanding of how he could have harmed myself and my co-worker with their mistake. A simple apology with removal of that item would have been appreciated and was not given. I would not recommend their pizza service to others...
Read moreI have worked at a pizza place so I know how pizza places work. I can understand being alittle late once in a while cause stuff happens or being only 5 minutes late I understand. However, I have ordered pizza to be delivered to both my apartment and my work atleast 4 times in last month and a half. I have always tipped driver as I understand the pain lol.
However when I literally get told "we will get it to you, when we get it to you." That is a bad sign, that was a qoute from a time I got a delivery to my work. No estimated time of arrival. So I thought, "ok must be busy night" so I figured would be 10-15minutes late. No biggy, however that was not the case. My pizza arrived over 40 minutes late with no explanation.
Now, the driver was still pleasant and pizza warm so I still tipped him. If this was a one time thing I would not have made a deal out of this. However, Everytime I have ordered my order was late. Now given you rarely give me a time that it will arrive (which is an issue in it's self). I like to be fair so the window for simple deliveries even factoring in other orders. Should be between 30-40 minutes on standard deliveries and up to 60 minutes if really busy night. I don't want anything special I just want y'all to get your...
