Usually have great service and good food. There have been times, very few, when I have been disappointed. I ordered a salad and it was thrown together like it wasn't a priority. Did not look presentable. Another time, the salad was not fresh and had soggy cucumbers and some lettuce that had gone bad. I was already home and did not feel like driving back to the restaurant for a replacement. Lately though, they forget to place napkins in with my order. So unless I happen to have napkins in my car, it's annoying not being able to wipe my mouth and hands of grease or food. I usually go through the drive thru. Like any other fast food restaurant, you have busy days or off days. I will continue to frequent Culver's because I enjoy their food and I usually get good service and good food. Like I said, the "off" times have been very few compared to how often I have frequented the Greenville location and have received great service...
Read moreThe only thing that went good was the pop. I asked for extra cocktail sauce and was shorted one. I asked for cocktail shrimp I cut butterfly. I asked for cheddar fries I got chili cheese fries. They made the fries rite and then told me they forgot to give me a dollar back but they made it rite.... even though they still shorted the dollar!!!The kid that took my order repeated what I said and said yeah not a problem but apparently he wanted me to purchase the pricer stuff. 50.50 for 3 people. It was fast. The cheese curds mostly were the size of raisins and when I left and asked for 2 to go bags which I also signaled with a peace sign and verbally asked for 2 I was handed one. I think it is funny that everyone is so hard on a cheap fast food restaurant but I have been to all of them in town and have never been this disappointed. Gary, the owner, gets very defensive when you do not rave about their product, He will get mad and hang up on you when you complain about a substandard item and WILL NOT give a refund. They offered a value meal worth $8 for two messed up burgers that cost me over $11., which shows me the type of petty person he is, Parking and drive through is a nightmare, not well though out at all. Between the so-so service and the horrendous parking I have to say the parking is worse. I hope this does not cause them problems, like the Tim Horton's down the road, which had to close because of their similar...
