The park is beautiful and very special to us. It's where we first met our rescued dachshund. Unfortunately, we had to leave quickly today due to so many dogs being off leash. Other people left with their small dogs and kids as well. The city of Greenwood Village requires dogs to be on a leash. I feel like the park could benefit from more rule signage and possibly a fenced dog run. While there is a lot of open space for dogs to run, there are still risks such as the semi-frozen pond, drainage ditch, busy street, and trees with nuts and fruit that can be toxic to dogs.
