Contract Furnishings Mart — Attraction in Gresham

My husband and I recently updated our living/dining areas with new carpet and LVP. Our contractor recommended this place and we were very pleased.

The store itself is very well organized and has a spectacular selection of items. It can be easy to get overwhelmed, but if you approach the front desk and ask for help, they will guide you. We worked with Brandi Weber who despite having a giant cast on her leg, still walked around to find things for me, what a rockstar! You are able to take samples home for a day or two to get a feel and the sample boards are large.

Pricing is good as well. They break the expenses down very easy to understand on the invoice and Brandi was willing to break down multiple scenarios with samples for me so that my husband and I could easily compare our options.

The materials arrived earlier than expected which was awesome. My contractor picked it up, so I can't comment on that aspect.

The hours can be tough if you work full time, but having the extended hours on Wednesday was perfect for us!

We love our carpet and our LVP. The quality is lovely and we are getting a ton of compliments.

We completed a full house renovation, 2 full baths, kitchen and whole house flooring. Our representatives Lisa was great in getting us set up with all the tile and accessories we needed we needed for the kitchens and bath.

Colten has been amazing, he helped us every step of the way in picking out and order our summerset Hickory engineered flooring. We unfortunately have had some quality issues with the flooring, we had many boards where the grain had separated. Colten however has been the absolute go to person to get this remedied. Communication has been above expectations and has made this issue less troublesome. He facilitated contact with the distributor and we have had great response. Everything is going to be taken care of to our satisfaction. I truly believe this is all due to Colten truly caring about us as customers. He has been great and I can not say enough about CFM's true customer service based business...

I just finished renovating the hallways of my apartment building. This is the sixth building I have done over as many years, and Roger Harms was there to guide me through the decision process for all of them.

Choosing the right carpeting is difficult knowing that I will be looking at my choices for many years to come. With Roger's assistance and knowledge, questions were answered about commercial, loop, plush, wear, sun and stain resistance and also the type of pad to use. Since I opted for long runners, Roger was even able to tell me how much stretching to expect since we did this install without seams!

After all that Roger gave me a list of installers and recommended those that he'd had a positive experience with. I ended up using Dan Nork and he did an excellent job for us.
