Multnomah County Library - Rockwood — Attraction in Gresham

On the weekends there is a group of loud, very foul-mouthed and extremely disrespectful teenagers that check out some of the laptops to play a game online together. I've told the staff numerous times about the language and volume of the group of teens and the staff has not once enforced the rules laid out by the county as far as consequences of continued disruptive and disrespectful behavior. My family and I have left more often than not because nothing is ever done. The staff is friendly but is not requiring patrons to follow the rules in order to continue being able to use the library. I'm very disappointed in the adult staff that does nothing about this problem with these teenagers, clearly no one cares very much at all about what their employers rules are and shouldn't continue to work if they won't or don't enforce their employers rules and...

Today I go in to use a computer to print out my resume before an interview. They had 3 that are logged in but no one is at. I asked an old man sittingg next to one: he ignored me until I tapped him on the shoulder, and replied "looks like it" when I asked if it was available. I try the other one and the librarian yelled at me from acrossed the building, and all the staff were looking at me like I was trying to steal the whole computer.
