We had not used Greens before last week. We needed service on on our KitchenAid fridge/ice maker and Mike was able get the part and fix it within one visit. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure everything was tested and working properly.
We also needed a furnace tuneup so were able to schedule both appointments with one phone call. Mark did the tuneup and he was great at explaining what he found. We learned what we suspected…it was time to replace our 20 year old Lennox system.
Within an hour, Joey was here to provide a thorough estimate. He provided tons of information and was never pushy. Based on some timely incentives, we had a new system installed within two days. We chose a Lennox Elite mid-series system and added a humidifier, UV air purifier and surge protector.
Jesse and Dylan arrived right on time (Friday 8:00 am) and finished by 2:00. They worked well as a team and were friendly and professional. They left no mess and the new equipment looks and works great.
On Sunday we had a strange leak at the water shut off valve for the humidifier. I called, thinking I would leave a message and get something scheduled on Monday. Nope! Someone answered the phone and told us a technician was finishing at another home and was on the way. On a Sunday! Mark was able to make the repair quickly. It was some freak flaw in the valve and nobody’s fault.
We rarely leave reviews, but our experience with this company has been truly amazing. We are now on Greens’ maintenance plan, so our equipment (as well as our appliances) will get regular tuneups. Upon meeting Brandon, he was courteous and very welcoming, wanting to understand 'what' we had been experiencing with our Dryer. After taking his time to look over the Dryer, he discovered that our blower was cracked in 3 places, causing our Dryer to shake and tumble more than it should have.
This is the crazy part...he didn't have the part on his truck, but the warehouse (45min one-way) had a part available. He offered to head back to DSM, grab the part needed, and return to install and complete the job...and that's exactly what he did!
After a 1hr and 30min roundtrip, he was back at the house, and finished up the repairs. Not only did he make the additional trip for our part, he took his time to clean out our Dryer, ensuring that no fire hazards would be prevalent when the job was finished.

However, specifically requested a message when the tech was 15-20 minutes out so that I could meet them over my lunch hour, received message and got home in about 15 minutes. Proceeded to wait for 45 minutes for the tech to arrive. I don’t believe this was the techs fault and like I said I felt he did a good job and was friendly but also was told that the issue “should hopefully be fixed now.” So, for $340 my leaking freezer may or may not be fixed and I wasted an hour of my day for an ~30 minute “repair” job. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere if I need further repairs made. Also, if a customer is clearly upset, maybe don't hound them with requests to leave reviews?
Revised - received call from someone in regards to the issue with the wait time and were kind enough to waive the trip charge due to the wait time. Repair has held up and I am happy with the service.
