We live in Wisconsin and called Vonda's for a last minute delivery to a business in Grinell. Whoever answered the phone (I presume Vonda herself 😉) was so warm and helpful. She explained what was expected on her next delivery and what would look good in the bouquet. We asked if we could have a couple roses included and she did not hesitate to say yes. She was so patient with us when we were deciding what to put on the card. We were sent a picture of the final arrangement and it was absolutely beautiful. She even added a cheerful 🦋. Let's just say, by far the greatest customer service experience I've had! I came from out of state to visit family and wanted to get some flowers for an aunt and searched 5 different towns to quickly get some before 5pm. I called up and had the most pleasant, sweetest lady pick up the phone and help me find what I needed! I drove up there and she got me all squared away and to make it even greater, they were so affordable and the quality was awesome!!! Thank you soooo much for everything! I will be using this place for any and all future florist needs!! I can't recommend this...

3/17/2021 Called and ordered from them again, for my Nana's birthday, Vonda was very helpful. Their spring bouquet is very gorgeous. My Nana was very happy to have to receive her flowers. 2 years ago: Very helpful! I called from Texas for my Nana's birthday. She gave me a few floral options. My Nana was very happy and surprised. Even delivered the flowers in the snow. ( Crazy for us Texans). She even helped with the address. I will be calling again! Thank you! I'd post a photo of the arrangement, but I don't know how. They are very beautiful tulips...
