I enjoyed my hikes here in the snow. I had many encounters with moose. It was so very quiet and peaceful. Awd or 4x4 should be mandatory as people were getting stuck on the way. There are a few creeks and great elevation climbs. So many trails to get lost on.

This is a newly rebuilt education center. It is very nicely put together, it provides a good basic understanding of the geology, flora and fauna in the area. It seems they use it g=fo class trips and such. It's really a nice spot...
